as mentioned for the shampoo i dont cut my hair as often as i should, i use this in combination with the shampoo. this just locks in the extra moisture to my ends that the shampoo didnt cover. is very light and suttle so it doesnt grease up my hair.

I only used a sample so not much usage and didn't find that it helped reduce my split ends. My hair looked the same, maybe because not long time usage but will not judge it till try it for longer time.
