My dermatologist told me about this cleanser. You can find it on the bottom shelf at Shopper's Drug Mart, or have a pharmacy order it in for you. I paid $20. And I have never had such clear skin when I used this. For years and years I have been dealing with cystic, hormonal acne. Large pimples that are pressurized and red. I have tried pretty much every cleanser on the market, including Spectro Gel and Cetaphil. This was the only one I actually saw drastic improvement with. It has antibacterial properties in it and I really think that's what works. I used it with my clarasonic. My derm had tried a variety of different creams with no success, and told me my best bet was to go on Accutane. I held out, and just used this cleanser with my clarasonic and my skin has never looked better. I'm telling you try this!
