I got hives from this product

I liked the ease and convenience of using this product and it smelled good, but it gave me hives so I unfortunately cannot recommend it. I am not sure what ingredients in this product caused me to break out but I did

wanted to love it, but kind of weak performance

I am an athlete and do a lot of gym laundry. I am always looking for more eco friendly, plastic free options, and was excited to try these plastic free detergent sheets (did I mention travel-friendly?) from Tru Earth USA.

They have a delighful light lilac smell fresh from the box, which reminded me of a spring breeze.

They advertise working in both cold and warm water, but unfortunately, did not seem to dissolve completely in cold water.

They clean okay, but definitely cannot stand up to sweaty gym clothes, which was a disappointment.

These may work well for travel though because they are so light, and work decently on not heavily soiled clothing.

Strong fragrance but good product!

I’m really impressed by these laundry products! It’s a nice change from the thick, bulky plastic jugs that I am used to stocking my laundry room with (much more eco-friendly, too!). I also like that you can use bigger or smaller sheets depending on the size of the load. Very convenient and less wasteful. The only downside for me is that it is very heavily fragranced. It is a nice, clean scent, but I personally found it too strong. I’d love to try a fragrance-free version!

These are great! I did use more than the recommended one sheet, but that was personal preference. These left behind no residue and left clothes feeling soft and clean.

Laundry hack!

These are sheets of concentrated laundry detergent, easy to use and they work. Made in Canada and cruelty-free, not tested on animals. The sheets are not papery at all, but they are thick like construction paper, feel just slightly moist, dissolve completely, produce a light layer of suds, and leave no residue. To use them right, do like you should be doing with any laundry detergent. That means start the water, put the detergent in, let it mix with the water, then once several gallons of water are in the washer, begin to load your dirty clothes while the remaining water comes in. Yes, it's a bit expensive but, like anything you value, you budget for it. Fourth year for me with no plastic jugs. Quality product!

Unusual

I was really excited to try this out. After the laundry, I find that my clothes doesn't have the usual scent after laundry. There was really no scent at all. So I figure this is not for me. Because I somehow wanted to smell the fresh clean scent of clothes after a cycle.

Clean and fresh

I have been using Tru Earth Laundry Detergent Sheets for a couple of weeks and I really like them. They are super easy to use, I just need to just toss one strip in the washer for my regular load and I'm done, no measuring or mess. Clothes come out clean and fresh every time. I also love that they are eco-friendly and take up so little storage space compared to bulky detergent bottles. A great swap if you are looking to cut down on plastic waste while still getting effective cleaning.

Literally Clean Laundry

It's laundry day, and I'm using Tru Earth Laundry Detergent and Fabric Softener Sheets to take an eco-friendly approach. These sheets do a great job of cleaning my clothes while having minimal additional fragrance. However, I've noticed that they don't dissolve as well in cold water. They're easy to use. I use two strips since my clothes get pretty dirty, and I prefer to wash larger loads. Made in Canada, these sheets are dye-free, phthalate-free, cruelty-free, and vegan. The compact size and packaging make them convenient for travel, and I appreciate that Tru Earth is waste-friendly by eliminating plastic containers.
