With these, I have found the coating on them are/have a sort of sweet candy taste to them. They go down easy, even without a glass of water. (My experience any way). They work great for headaches, period pain, etc. Size formats are a few and prices vary. I always take 2 when it's that time of the month, and within an hour or so, cramps disappear for the rest of the day. A great product overall, and I do recommend them.
