Somewhat like a Twix bar...

I purchased a box of these bars from a local independent grocery story. The package came with 5 chocolate bar, each pre-packaged for around $3. The chocolate bars are a bit smaller in size than a Mars Bar or Snickers Bar. These are made by a Turkish company so they are hard to find in Canada. The inside is a crunchy and delicate shortbread cookie that crumbles as you bite into it. The shortbread layer inside is thick and in layers so when you take a bite you taste that butter and also the flakiness adds a nice texture. There is a delicious layer of caramel at the top which adds flavor and sweetness. The milk chocolate exterior coating is not very thick but it is delicious and it adds a good chocolate bar taste to the overall dessert. This is a unique bar.
