Was hoping for a much better product!

I remember having these sugar tarts as a child, so I was excited to try the #Vachon #Sugartarts again, after all these years. Redeeming the coupon was easy as the product was in stock at the local Foodland. I have to say I was very underwhelmed by this product when I tried it. I was hoping that being named "#Granny's", it would taste at least a bit homemade. Instead it had a very thin processed crust and the filling was sweet but not very good. Although the price is better than gourmet tarts, I would much rather spend the money on a quality tart. It definitely reminded me that you get what you pay for.
