Get the lady fingers out. Its tea time.

I like Vachon cakes cause they are individually packaged making it convenient and easy to pack in my lunch. Vachon lady fingers is a white cake with a jelly jam filling. It's dipped in the same typical chocolate that vachon uses for their other cakes such as May West's and Jos Louis.

This is my least favorite Vachon cake but that is most likely because I'm not a fan of jam fillings. The cake itself is slightly dry. It's not sweet which is something I like in a cake. The jam filling is what makes this cake. If youre like me and not crazy about jelly fillings this may not be for you. If you do then give these a try. I picture these cakes being set out with other cookies and cakes and served for tea time.
