Ugh.

I bought this because I was in need of some eyeliner, I loved their make up brushes so I thought I'd give their eyeliner a try... Never again.
Everytime I apply this eyeliner my eyes burn and water, I've never had this with any eyeliner before.
Also, by the end of the day the eyeliner smudges and runs, it never stays perfectly nice, even when using eyeshadow or a "barrier" -
