Flavorful and Filling!

I would highly recommend this product as it is flavorful, blends well and is filling. I use this in the morning for breakfast and it really helps curb my appetite. It is healthy, plant-based and is high in protein. I mix it with milk or water, depending on my mood but it mixes great with both!

There's only 7 grams of sugar in the entire 325ml bottle, 20g of protein, vitamins and minerals, 4g of fibre as well as omegas.

When I picked this up at Pharmaprix for 3.99$ I assumed it wouldn't taste as good as chocolate milk and I was right. It was a bit thick and chalky tasting for my liking. It is sweetened with stevia which not everyone likes but this drink is perfect for those who are lactose intolerant. I personally would buy this drink again because it is a healthier choice compared to most other drinks that are packed full of sugar.
