I had a different experience with this product than most reviewers. I am going to try to get my money back for this item. The issues I had:

1. no tan 'guide' to see where product is applied (product is white and dries clear)

2. Put on in early evening as I usually do with other self tanners so that the color can build as I sleep. Product never absorbed, was incredibly greasy/wet (I felt like I had dipped myself in a vat of Vaseline ALL EVENING).

3. Woke up reeking of DHA, and more orange than I have ever experienced even with cheap self tanners - incredibly patchy, uneven, and streaky - spent the last hour in the shower trying to scrub it off to no avail. On top of an uneven tan -large white spots on back where product was not applied (see number 1 for reason).

The only plus is that the DHA smell doesn't show up right away. Another point to mention is that this product has a very noticeable delay in action, making it very hard to tell how dark you will become. After 1 1/2 hours I was still white, after 3 1/2 barely tan. By the morning I was super DARK orange!
