Decent Wooden Eyeliner

I have been pretty curious about this brand, so I was excited to see this in February's boxycharm. My local winners carries a few items by Vintage and I've never had the nerve to pick them up to try. I tend to prefer mechanical style eyeliner pencils, but this is really nice. It goes on smoothly, without tugging. It's not the blackest black ever, but it's nice. I did notice that when I wore it on my tightline it did transfer down a bit, so keep that in mind. It's decent, but not the best. I will keep using it though
