Can’t go wrong

Been using virgin for years now I first started as a prepaid phone after having issues with another company. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about different plans and are never pushy. There plans are pretty simple and easy to follow. And they have many different phones to choose from. They are pretty good.

I will never try virgin mobile againg with th same unorganized and unprofesional service and over charging system that they have. Once you are hooked they know they have you for getting ripped off good and they go full throttle to do their best. Do not trust them and read your plan agreement and keep all your bills and phone calls.

Member features great but price bit high

Virgin mobile offers amazing features and has elaborative member benefits which keep on updating timely. They have nice coverage and also provide LTE mobile internet which has better speeds than most networks. The only thing is that there plans are bit on the higher side as compared to others

Like a Virgin

I have been a virgin mobile customer for over 8 years and recommend it to my family and friends frequently. I am a die hard fan of their service and will remain true for a few more years unless I find better quality for service.

Good company

I've been with Virgin mobile for about 4 years and thankful, I am on a prepaid plan and brought my phone too. They have great deals from $15 plans to over $40. You have access to many features other than the amount of data given to each plan. I still think it's a great company to start.

They offer products on their own to you.
If you also speak to any of their customer service or loyalty department, they will help resolve your concerns. Very straight forward and no issues like you can have with other providers.

I bought a phone through virgin and had a plan to pay it off over 4 years! When the plan was supposed to be up I went to cancel my account and they said I still had to pay my phone! They are a complete scam and rip off.

I must say that virgin mobile is one of the best service providers that i have been with. I am on a contract and recently got my first upgrade. I did not have any problems. The plans are amazing and i love the fact that they have free long distance throught canada. Service is great and would highly recommend them to anyone!
