Great product

I usually use the full cream vitamin e but this product is wonderful when you are in a hurry or already out running around. It gives you a great little burst of refreshment around your eyes.

Cooling Sensation

the first thing you notice about this product is that it's small - but it goes a long way. it comes in a fat looking chapstick mini tube. You need probably two swipes under each eye and you're good. There is a type of cooling sensation when you apply it for the quick 2 seconds and heard if you put it in the fridge, it lasts longer too. It comes out with a little bit of shimmer (but not sparkly). It is good for travelling for a little pep. Creams are still more effective in getting into the nooks but this one still does the trick
