I love Cetaphil eye products. This one is decent too: it moisturizes, soothes and nourishes the under eye area. I use it daily, and the only downside for me is the applicator that I find to be inconvenient, but the rest is good.

Tried Vichy 89 eye serum. It is supposed to help with dark undereye bags and puffiness. After using for 2 weeks, I did not notice even a 1% improvement for my puffiness. Will try to return the product.
