It's perfect for any type of diet or just if you want to cut out extra calories. And you won't be cutting out any flavour like some diet products. I wanted to eat it right out of the bottle. When I bought it I couldn't wait to taste it so I actually did stick my finger in the bottle and it was hard to stop, it tasted so good. It's perfect on my pancakes and I also put it on ice cream.
