Zero carbs, zero sugar and zero fat. Dairy free. If you are desiring something with all those things then this is probably the only coffee creamer I have come across to make these claims. It tastes rich and creamy, smooth and very tasty in my coffee. I am on a zero carb and sugarfree diet right now and although these are a little pricey, I got them for nearly $5 each, they are worth it for me to not have to worry about added carbs and sugar. I really like the taste of the vanilla flavour.
