This has zero calories, fat, carbs, gluten or sugar. I don't know how they do it but this is a really good sauce too. You would expect that by missing all of those things it may taste fake or strange, but it is really comparable to other Alfredo sauces. I use this all the time as I am on a low carb and sugar free diet right now. It tastes creamy and authentic and makes a great Fettucini Alfredo pasta dish. I got on Amazon but I think this can be found at some Walmart stores also. About $5 for the average sized jar.
