Great support

This product has relieved some of my menopause symptoms. I find myself waking less during the night sweating and overheating which was a nice surprise Love that this is a natural product as well. Little pill with big payoff.

Significantly decreased Hot flashes

The key with this product is consistency! After 10 days I started feeling the affects. Decreased irritability, significantly less muscle ache. But the key difference has been the hot flashes. Since beginning the supplements I have noticed that I no longer spike in temperature and can sleep through the night!
