Some relief for mild hot flashes.

I'm 54 and in peri-menopause. Tablets are small and easy to swallow. Only need one a day. I did have fewer hot flashes during the day and for a shorter duration. Being stressed and rushed makes hot flashes worse. It did help for feeling less angry and occasional sudden tears. Night time, I had fewer hot flashes. Was less hot and sweaty. But still got them. No improvement for fatigue. Took tablets for almost two months. Think it needs longer to improve symptoms.

This Isn't Doing Anything For Me

In trying this product I did not notice any difference in how I was feeling. I am not sure if I didn't try it long enough or simply the product is not working for me.

Seems like a good idea but unsure about efficacy

It seems like a good product while I'm starting to experience odd symptoms. However after taking it for some time, I haven't noticed much difference and more hot flashes. Perhaps I need to take it even longer?

Relieved some symptoms

After taking the whole package regularly I found that it alleviated some symptoms like night sweats and most hot flashes. Unfortunately didn't help my headaches much.
I think this is a great alternative to regular HRT.

Menopause Relief sure got my attention

I received this product free to try out. I received Weliva on February 2 and around February 15 I started getting gas really bad. By March 15 the gas had settled down and I was feeling less heated. The hot flashes were still around but not as severe. My night sweats were down a bit as I was not flipping the blankets on and off. I didn't find I had the fatigue before so no change in that. I would recommend any ladies going through menopause to try this product as it has helped alot.

Naturally sourced product

As a 48-year-old experiencing mild perimenopause symptoms—like mood swings, fatigue, headaches, sleeplessness, and occasional nervousness—I wanted a naturally sourced option to help manage things more gently.

I have been taking Weliva™ Cimidona® Menopause Relief for 6 weeks. So far, I haven’t noticed any significant improvements, but I also understand that products like this can take time to show results. I do appreciate that it’s plant-based and feels like a more natural approach to symptom relief.

I’m willing to continue using it for a bit longer to see if the benefits become more noticeable over time.

Menopause relief

I found this product helpful with some symptoms and others in worked mildly. This product is a new product but it seems to take some time to see if the product actually works for me.

Definately helpful

I did find it helpful with my hot flashes although it didn't take them away completely. Weliva helped my hot flashes become more tolerable. I will definately recommend Weliva to anyone going through menopause.

Weliva™ Cimidona® Menopause Relief

I received this trial product for free for my honest review and opinion.

The product Weliva™ Cimidona® is aimed at menopause relief, stating clinical proof of relief of ‘hot flashes’, ‘night sweats’, and ‘fatigue’.

This ‘hormone free’ tablet contains dry extracts of Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa) which is known to help alleviate some menopause symptoms.

The tablet is a neutral, light colour, odourless, tasteless, and dissolves quickly for absorption. The tablet can be taken any time of the day; however, it is suggested to be taken at night for more effective symptom relief.

I read through the instructions carefully, researched the ingredients, and took the tablet as directed, at nighttime.

My experience with this trial menopause supplement was a negative one.
The tablet was the only additional change to my lifestyle.

For the first 3 nights of taking the Weliva, the night sweats worsened. Sleep was more frequently disrupted, and the fatigue was really heavy.

After 7 nights some nausea and intense abdominal discomfort began. Severe cramping began by the 10th night. The product was stopped and the negative side effects lasted days after discontinuation of the product.

It is unfortunate that this product was unable to assist with my menopausal symptoms.

The coupons inside also expired before the trial period ended and are no longer useable.

Menopausal meds didn't provide much difference

Hi I tried these supplements but I didn't feel much difference in my symptoms. I have incontinence and didn't provide any relief. I hope it works for others and helps women.
