i found it very useful. It reduced hot flashes. I found it more relaxing and helpful in better sleep. I will definitely buy more supplements from walmart.

Menopause is great!

This product is awesome for reducing the bothersome symptoms of menopause. At first, I started to notice that my afternoon naps became less and less. Before taking this product, my night sweats would be so bad that I would wake up with my pillow soaked from sweat. My hot flashes have almost disappeared, which I am thankful because of my job.

Welliva Menopause Relief

I Started using Welliva as soon as it arrived. Although I was somewhat doubtful it would make any difference I had to discover for myself that it did. I very seldom got the night sweats I had almost every night. Whew! Feels like I actually had a solid nights sleep. And my hot flashes subsided. They were happening every day till I was using Welliva for 2 weeks. Then a hot flash every few days, if that. Not sure how this works so well, but my body is happy I have it.

Easy to swallow!

I only take one a day, and I find them quite effective ! They've reduced my hot flashes and especially the night sweats, which were so unpleasant. I still have some but not every night and they're much less pronounced than before.

This is a wonderful discovery for me, as I tend to just endure these symptoms instead of finding a solution.

A dream for 45+ ladies!

I recently had a hysterectomy and went into menopause because of it and i did not want to take horomones. I have been taking this wonderful supplement and am surprised at how well it has worked! My hot flashes are gone, I am much less cranky, and I just all around feel like myself again! I am almost finished my trial pack and will be ordering more! Feeling much better

After the first week I noticed my hot flashes coming less frequently. By the second week they were almost gone completely. I have more energy and less food cravings which is huge for me! I am less irritated and my moods are better controlled.

Product does work

So I did a video. The product did work but I had to stop taking them because my stomach started to bother me. I'm a bariatric patient so my stomach doesn't agree with certain things so I think there might have been one thing in there. But I do have to say it did help me with the sweating like the nights sweating and that I kind of stopped a bit and the sleeping. I never sleep. Never ever sleep and it actually helped me sleep. I wish I could take these longer I think I went through like almost the whole pack though. Like I had two packs. I went through the one whole pack and almost the other pack.
