Not what it claims.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I suffer from extreme menopause symptoms. Hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue ,etc. I was very intrigued in trying a product that is natural to relieve those symptoms. Unfortunately it did not do anything for me. It actually made my symptoms worse that they had been before. So I stopped taking them I felt over time my hot flashes getting worse and more frequent as well as the night sweats . It does not work for me . But hopefully it will work for someone. This is my personal experience and would personally not recommend.

At first she felt it was not working but after a week she noticed a huge increase in energy and less night sweats she now swears by it and want to purchase it

Wow! The impact was right away but I felt the changes within the first weeks,less everything ", better night sleep, even my mood changed a bit ..for the better. I recommend to my friends and they can wait to try. Specially because when u can sleep better you will have a better day the next day,more energetic, clearer. I think I will look for this product on the shelves.

My New Sidekick for Menopause
