Natural Alternative to Menopause Symptoms

I had been in peri-menopause for a while but it was only since this last spring that I had started experiencing symptoms of menopause. Been grappling with certain symptoms like: mood changes, hot flashes, periodic night sweats, tiredness, headaches, joint pain, and sleep issues. I'm one for more natural alternatives and would avoid prescription medications where possible.

This product contains the extract of Actaea racemosa (Black cohosh), called Ze 450, 13mg per tablet, derived from nature, helps with menopausal symptoms. It has been clinically proven to be effective at reducing the frequency of the severity of those symptoms in whatever stage of menopause you're in.

With one tablet a day, after 6 weeks of continued use, I felt like this multi-symptom solution remedy has helped improve my quality of life. Works really well

I signed up with no expectations and was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of this product. I found I had less hot flashes and night sweats. Overall a great product and the pill is small, easy to swallow.

Unsure about this

During the cycle I took Weliva, I did not believe I felt any significant improvement in my perimenopausal symptoms. This wouldn't be unusual, however, since my symptoms are not consistent. During the second cycle, however, my symptoms were completely off the chart. I have no real way of knowing if it was related to taking the pills the month before or not.

A good natural product

A good natural product that did help alleviate my menopause symptoms. It helped with my night sweats that were keeping me up at night but did not eliminate it all together. All other symptoms seemed to stay the same and no improvement was seen. I think I need to stay on it a little longer to see better results.

This Product Diminished My Symptoms

I have been using these pills to help with my pre-menopausal symptoms for the past 6 weeks daily. I used to have a lot of trouble sleeping, hot flashes and various mood swings. Since taking these pills consistently all of these symptoms have pretty much diminished and I feel more stable and rested.

Helped With Some of My Symptoms

I liked using this product because it’s a natural product and I do not want to use hormone replacement therapy if I don’t have to. The night sweats and the hot flashes are what was helped by taking this pill regularly for over 6 Weeks. I found that my symptoms seemed to be reduced and I am hopeful that if I continue to use this product that they will continue to reduce my symptoms. Hot flashes are the worst! The product was easy to take and not a huge pill which was great. I feel comfortable knowing that I’m using a natural product that won’t harm me as well.
