This helped me so much

I have been experiencing multiple menopause symptoms for the last 2 years or so. My monthly cycle has been extremely irregular where it didn't come for months to coming back again after almost a year. I have suffered from hot flashes, anxiety and the worst of it insomnia. I tried some other menopause supplements but none have helped as much as the Weliva Cimidona. I received this product for free and have been taking them for almost 2 months. I have not had a hot flash for over a month. I have more energy and my anxiety is much better day to day. Most of all this has helped me with my insomnia. Great product

have been in menopause for 15 years but without symptoms. I was told I was one of a few. I recently started getting hot flashes and night sweats 2 months ago. 10-15 a day. I read the reviews of this product and seemed good. I’m on my 3rd week and they have totally disappeared and sleeping all night!Will recommend to family and friends

Love it, I wish I knew about this sooner!

I am in my mid 40's and for the longest time I have been just dealing with the hot flashes that would come on strong and out of the blue, and the night sweats as well as the fatigue from not frigging being able to sleeps or tossing and turning. I was asked to try this which I never knew was even a thing.
I got the box via delivery, It is a nice pink and purple box. Has the ingredients on it.
Right away I loved that it was natural, no hormones. That is a huge thing for me.
So I took it the next day as for this Trial I need at least a month in for real effects.
Well I admit the first few days I did not notice much of a change if any.
But.. after about a week and a half I noticed small changes, like I wasn't waking up in sweat.
I noticed that my hot flashes were going from about 20 a day to about 10..
At the three week mark, I noticed that I went a full day without a hot flash, that was amazing!
after about a month I was noticing that I was waking up feeling better, I was not feeling exhausted when I woke up.
I have since ordered this product and will continue to do so.
I was not told how I know that I wont need them anymore, but I will keep buying them for a few years. LOL
I cant thank this company enough for this, and the fact that it is natural ingredients. MAJOR win for me!

WOW! No more night sweats!

Initially I was skeptical...But WOW the night sweats for me went away (I struggled BIG with night sweats) and this helped tremendously. I also found it helped with my fatigue. I would definitely would recommend this product.

No Noticeable Improvements

I really liked that this product offered natural ingredients and the capsule form made it easy to swallow however I did not notice any noticeable differences in my symptoms after 6 weeks of use.

Effective for joint pain and mood symptoms

It did seem to take a few weeks to work and during that time I felt it disrupted my sleep more than it helped. Ultimately though I have been dealing with foot pain increasingly over the last year or so. Since a few weeks into these supplements I have noticed a large decrease in pain. I am currently on vacation walking alot everyday in not the best footwear which I couldnt have done previously. I still have some soreness but not near what it was. I feel my moods have leveled out as well. I was feeling pretty low more often before taking these, I think it dropped at first but slowly increased the level.

Didn't feel any difference

I got to try this product for free. I it used for 6 weeks but didn't notice any difference in my menopause symptoms. The package didn't come with any use instructions so I took one once a day at night. I most likely will not buy this product.

Peri relief

I have been taking this for the last 7 weeks as a part of my supplement stack. I have noticed a reduction in my emotional symptoms as a result of peri. I feel more calm and stable and less likely to anger easily, which is a huge relief for me. I will continue to take this for the rest of the pack, and will purchase again to continue taking it.

Did nothing

Tried this for 2 months and did not notice any improvements in menopausal symptoms. If anything they got worse, bloating, emotional, sleep issues all the things got worse.
