May help decrease frequency of hot flashes

I wanted to find an alternative to prescription hormonal remedies to deal with my menopause symptoms so the opportunity
to try Weliva Cimidona was welcomed. It is very easy to use, once daily, small tablet, easy to swallow, no taste. It contains Black Cohosh. I took it for several weeks as recommended. The manufacturer claims that it helps with "multiple symptoms associated with menopause." I was really hoping the symptoms that I experience: sleeplessness, fatigue, mild joint pain, nervousness and especially night sweats were relieved.
Unfortunately for me I only felt some mild relief from day time hot flashes; the frequency mildly reduced. In fact the night sweats seemed to increase to every night instead of a few times a week.
I will not contine using Welvia, and will consider buying a Black Cohosh supplement from a pharmacy, to save on the cost.

Weliva did wonders for me. My after period migraines vanished and so did my cramps. I also did not not have any blood clots like I have started getting with my perimenopausal periods. However, I did get end up with some gastrointestinal side effects when I hit around the 6 week mark. All worth it though to not have the 5 day migraines anymore.
