15 days in and my hot flashes have gone from 20+ a day to just a few here and there. I’m also waking up feeling refreshed instead of groggy, and I have much more energy throughout the day. So far, I’m really happy with the results
Not for me
Typical User Experience. Not much to it.
Works well for some women with mild–moderate menopause symptoms.
Others feel little or no benefit, which is common with herbal supplements.
Best for:
Perimenopause or menopause symptoms (hot flashes, sleep issues)
Women looking for non-hormonal relief
Use caution if:
You have liver disease
You take medications affecting the liver
You plan to use it long-term without medical advice
Subtle Relief, but Not Quite Worth the Price Tag
I received Weliva Cimidona for free to try and used it every day for a month. I was still waking up most nights and still having hot flashes, but they did seem a bit less intense than before. The product is supposed to help with hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue, and other menopause symptoms since it uses a natural extract called Ze 450, which is meant to help reduce how often and how strong those symptoms are. Even though I did notice a small improvement, it wasn’t enough to make a big difference for me. And considering the price usually around the mid‑$20s to mid‑$30s for a month’s supply, it’s not something I’d keep buying based on my results.
Maybe Weliva Cimidona it works better for some people, but for me, the benefits just didn’t match the cost.
It works!!!!
I have been taking this product regularly. My hot flashes, both day and night, has almost completely disappeared. It also decreases mood swings. I highly recommend Weliva if you suffer from hot flashes of any kind
It didn't work for me
Im in perimenopause and I struggle most with sweating at night and fatigue. The night sweats stopped while taking the supplements but the fatigue was worse than before.
Great product
This product was effective, slept better, less hot flashes and felt less achy all over, my only complaint is you should take it with food and at night as it upset my stomach some
Wasn't what I hoped for
I honestly don't find it did anything for my symptoms. I took as directed on the instructions and was very hopeful as I'd prefer to take more natural things, but its not helpful at all. Maybe it could help others, but its not helping me.
Finally feeling like myseld
It wasn’t an overnight change but I started noticing a different around the 5-6 week mark. I realized how much better I was feeling! Two months in, it’s become something I genuinely look forward to taking because I know how much it helps me have a more restful sleep, reduced night sweats and my mood. This has definitely helped make my day to day better! If you’re thinking about trying Weliva, I’d definitely recommend giving it a chance! It’s made a real difference for me and I’m planning on sticking with it!
Weliva
I decided to try Weliva Cimidona Menopause Relief because I wanted a natural, hormone-free option to help with menopause symptoms like hot flashes and sleep issues. The idea of taking just one tablet a day sounded convenient, and the product seemed promising. Unfortunately, my experience was fairly disappointing. I took it consistently for several weeks, but I didn’t notice a meaningful improvement in my hot flashes or sleep. I understand supplements can take time to work, but after waiting the recommended period, the results were minimal. Another concern is that products containing black cohosh (the main ingredient) can sometimes cause side effects. Some users may experience things like stomach upset, headaches, dizziness, rash, or vaginal spotting. In rare cases, black cohosh has also been linked to liver problems, which means anyone with liver concerns should be cautious and speak with a doctor before using it. While the idea behind a natural menopause supplement is appealing, the effectiveness wasn’t there for me, and knowing there are potential side effects made me hesitant to keep taking it. It may work for some people, but for me the benefits were limited and not worth continuing long term.
Weliva review
I'm not sure if this helped or not. I had tragic news during the trial time frame so my emotions, anxiety, etc were out of whack due to this. So I don't think I can fairly judge.
