Didn't see much change

As soon as I received the package I read the instructions and took the first dosage that night. The first night it gave me a bit of a tummy ache but it did not happen again the nights after that. I finished the first box and then began the next box waiting for any signs of changes in my body. I have trouble sleeping because I feel hot with blankets but cold without them. I also get occasional hot flashes. I did not feel any significant changes in my sleep/heat problem. I did notice a small change in my hot flashes though. I still get them but they are short-lived and I get them only occasionally. I can't say that this product significantly helped me with my post menopausal issues but I may need to either use it longer or consult my HCP for other options.

Would need a little more time to see for sure. Seems like the only place to purchase in our area is on Amazon. Which kinda makes me iffy.

Relief

Weliva Cimidona Menopause Relief was a game changer with effective relief from menopause symptoms. I used it continuously every night same time for more than 6 weeks before writing this review. I had several hot flashes and night sweats, and that was enough to even notice the other symptoms as less sleep contributed to the irritability. I was able to sleep better as the number of hot flashes started to reduce gradually as weeks went by. Now after 6 weeks, I hardly have 1 or 2 a night and don't seem to notice any during the day. Because of better sleep, my mood is definitely better. Great product, great relief.

Worked quick and worked great

This helped me within a few days. Hotflashes almost went away completely, and I noticed I wasn't as easily irritated by things/people. I'd buy this again, for sure!

Not working for me

I received this as a free trial, and i really wanted this to work, but unfortunately did not experience a lessening of any of the menopause symptoms I'm struggling with. Not as effective as hoped

No hot flashes!!

I tried this product for 2 months and did not have a single hot flash the entire time! How amazing!

I did not have any relief from anxiety or sleeping which were my other issues.

This product is definitely worth trying as I was thrilled to not suffer from any hot flashes but I’m still on the hunt for something that will help with hot flashes AND with sleep & anxiety!!
