After receiving this product for free I’ve noticed the benefits both at night and during the day it doesn’t totally eliminate the hot flashes but it does lessen the intensity of them so you are able to sleep through them at night and during the day it’s almost like the way you would sweat after a workout which is so much better than constant soaking clothes from sweat now it’s occasionally sweating through clothes which in winter is some easier to handle
