Natural way to manage peri

*I received this product free for my honest review* I started experiencing some symptoms of perimenopause like night sweats, irritability and bad sleeps. I was considering hormonal therapy but had a chance to try this product. I generally prefer natural if possible. For the first 3 weeks, I didn't feel much of a difference. I did start feeling less of the symptoms week 4 and on. It did not completely eliminate the symptoms but helped make it manageable.

Has helped my nightsweats and more

I was not sure if this would help with my symptoms of hot flashes, night sweats and poor sleep. This has helped. I was considering hormone replacement therapy but with this, I will continue with this instead.

Didn’t work

This product didn’t work for me. I took aitnas directed and had no relief of my symptoms. On the plus side the pills were easy to swallow and the instructions were easy to follow.

Excellent to balance Menopause Symptoms

I wasn't sure if Welliva would work, but I'm really glad I tried it.
I started taking it because I was dealing with hot flashes, mood swings, and that fuzzy, forgetful feeling in my head. All of it was affecting my daily life more than I wanted to admit.
After a few weeks, I started to feel better. The hot flashes are still there sometimes, but they're not as bad or as often. My mood feels more stable — I'm not as snappy or stressed out. And my head just feels clearer. I feel more like me again.
It's not an overnight fix — you do need to give it some time. But once it kicked in, the difference was real.
If you're going through menopause and looking for something to help take the edge off, I'd say give Welliva a try. It's been worth it for me.

Weliva Cimidona est une alternative non hormonale éprouvée en clinique pour le soulagement de plusieurs symptômes de la ménopause comme de la fatigue, nervosité, bouffées de chaleur, sueurs nocturnes, irritabilité, etc. Il est issu d’un processus de production strict et est composé principalement d’extrait d’Actée à grappes noires (Actea Racemosa).

Ce sont de petits comprimés faciles à avaler, sans arrière-goût et sans effet secondaire dans mon cas, je les ai pris pendant environ 6 semaines. Même si je suis en ménopause depuis plusieurs années, ils m’ont aidé à mieux dormir, les bouffées de chaleur se sont espacées de plus en plus jusqu’à disparaître et me procurer une nuit paisible, je me sentais également plus calme.

J’ai également apprécié que ce produit soit sans hormones, OGM, gluten, soja, levure et caféine, ce qui a mon avis en fait une très bonne alternative naturelle quand on ne veut pas prendre d’emblée de la médication.
