It does work

I have noticed that after a few weeks of use it has reduced my hot flashes at night are now gone. It has actually improved my sleep and i feel more energetic. I would recommend using it for at least 6 weeks to see a better results. Am almost done with my second box and feel much better and am happy how the results turned out.

Didn't work for me personally

Individual results will of course vary from person to person and in my case I can't say whether or not these helped to alleviate or eliminate my (peri)menopausal symptoms because I also made adjustments to my diet and exercise habits around the same time I started taking these tablets. Also my symptoms tend to cycle thru where some are more predominant than others at different times so they have been on the waning part of that cycle during my evaluation period.  You do have to take the tablets for at least 6 weeks to see results so that means buying two packages of 30 tablets; it would have made more sense to sell packs of 42 since that's the minimum you need.  The tablets are small (smaller than a cooked lentil) and easy to swallow with no aftertaste.  I took mine once a day with a meal because brain fog is a current issue and it's recommended that you take them at the same time each day.
While I didn't experience any earth shattering benefits from taking this I did not suffer any ill effects either.  It may also matter where you are in your menopausal period (peri-, beginning, middle etc) how effective this is for you.  If you don't want to go the pharmaceutical route for symptoms relief and have tried other OTC products without success these are worth trying but be sure to buy at least 42 tablets (two 30 packs currently) to give it a chance to have an effect in your body.

Great product for women

I found this product to be very helpful with some of my symptoms. Was helpful with my racing thoughts and I was able to get some actual sleep. My hot falsies were not as bad. I also was a little less irritated with life.

It’s something new

I really had hope for this product. But I am still on the fence. I’m not sure if it worked. I did find the hot flashes lessened. But mine comes and goes so not sure if it’s the reason. I feel a little more energetic. Unsure again if it’s from this produce. I’ll have to purchase a box to continue and see.

Upon receiving this is started right away as I suffer from hot flashes really bad.It was easy to take.And I found that it did help in reducing the severity of my hot flashes .

I'm not sure if this really did anything.

I don't know if I noticed much of a difference when taking this supplement. Maybe I was less hot at night, but I'm not really sure. I wouldn't purchase this product.

great relief

Reduces frequency and severity

Menopause has kicked my arse. I've been suffering with some pretty horrible symptoms over the years and most of the time I just grin and bear it.

When I got the chance to try Weliva Menopause Relief I was sure it would be just like everything else available. Boy was I wrong. I learned that not all products are created equal.

This pill helped decrease the amount of hot flashes that I had over the time that I was taking the pills. I did notice a decrease in the severity of my night sweats and had some weight loss to go along with it.

Didn’t work for me

I received this product for free as part of a review program.
It is meant to help with menopause symptoms, I found that it provided very minimal alleviation of a few of the symptoms. In my opinion it was not worth it, seek the advice of a professional and get proper treatment & care. Don’t suffer any more than you need to and don’t fall for “miracle” claims of any off the shelf products.
For the minimal difference that this product provides, it wasn’t worth the time for me.
