I noticed a difference after taking this for 4 weeks. Less hot flashes which meant a better sleep. I would definitely purchase again and suggest for others to try.

Not sure

I was very excited to try a natural product for the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. Being 49 myself, I have been struggling with many of the symptoms such as frequent headaches, insomnia, joint pain and an increase in mood swings and irritability. I was able to take the medication for 6 full weeks , but unfortunately, I did not notice any significant reduction in any of the symptoms mentioned above. The directions from the brand indicate that a full 2 months of dosage may be needed before results are seen, but I am getting emails from Butterly stating I am overdue on my review, so I will not have the chance to know if taking it for a longer period would make a difference. This is unfortunate, as I find the idea of this product extremely appealing in this day and age when access to decent medical care is almost impossible, especially if you are a woman.

Not the right product for me

I have received this free product in order to test its effectiveness and provide an honest review. Early on when taking this product (after 10 days) I had the first good night's sleep I'd had in a while, without having to throw off the covers for night sweats. However, it was downhill from there. I woke up during the nights with night sweats and having to throw the covers off. Also, my sleep was interrupted (I'd wake up and be unable to fall asleep again).
I had used black cohosh years ago and didn't notice any significant improvements then.
I also started having sciatica-like pains starting in my right buttock and traveling down to my knees. I don't know if this is a result of the Weliva Cimidona or just coincidental.

Great for hot flashes

I was skeptical at first as I’ve tried many other brands. But after 3 weeks, I notice less severe hot flashes and the occurrence is minimal as well. Will continue and order more and see

Worked a little

I used this product for about six weeks. The eighth of my hip seems to have subsided however I feel like my night sweats came back. I haven’t had night sweats in a couple of years so I’m not sure if it was this product or something else.

Saw very little change

I had hoped for this to help me, but only saw a bit of change, perhaps if used longer if see better results. I may try again for a longer period as I had high hopes

Calm coming in to view

When Im going through emotional perimenopause symptoms this after using a few weeks has calmed the beast so to speak. Can’t recommend enough try it. Black cohosh helps so much when it comes to menopause symptoms and it’s natural!

Perfectly good

I used it, but I found out it didn’t give me the total release that I thought it would. It helped a bit. I may buy it again. I am not sure if you’re quite honest.

Cimidona Relief

I found this product actually relieved my menopause symptoms. I have had no hot flashes or night sweats. My mood has improved immensely and I am getting great sleep! I have even noticed less muscle and joint pain! Great product and I will definitely consider buying this product!

Stop Hot Flashes Effectively

I bought another box which I'll take every 2nd or 3rd day, just so I can resume my other supplements and still experience the positive effects of Weliva™ Cimidona® at the same time.
