Déception

Étant en préménopause, j'avais mis tout mes espoirs de faire réduire les symptômes avec ce produit. Malheureusement, comme tout les autres produits tablettes, qui vous disent pouvoir aider à réduire vos symptômes, j'ai vraiment été déçue. Je l'ai utilisé les 2 mois entiers comme c'était demandé, toujours rempli d'espoir; qui se sont envolé très rapidement. Mes symptômes n'ont même pas diminué un peu. Alors, pour le prix du produit et son inefficacité, je ne le recommande pas.

Natural support during menopause

I use Weliva for menopause symptoms and I think it helps me. After some weeks, I feel less hot flashes and better sleep at night. It is easy to take, only one tablet per day, so very convenient.

I like that it is not hormone medicine, more natural way. I did not have strong side effects, which is good. Maybe it needs some time to see full result, not immediately.

Overall, I am satisfied and can recommend for women who look for simple and natural support during menopause.

No effects

I am 55. I cannot say I experience severe menopausal symptoms, although I must? I haven't really noticed. Sometimes I feel hot - is that a hot flash? Sometimes I feel very angry - can I blame that on menopause? Sure, I am tired sometimes but is that because of 'the change? I don't know. I took these pills every day for at least six weeks. I feel the same. I didn't see any difference in how i feel. So i really don't know if they did anything for me. Perhaps they would help some people? I wouldn't buy them though but if there are people who want to try them -- I hope they work for you!

A naturally-sourced solution

After trying Welliva for a full 8 weeks I did not find any noticeable changes from using the product. It is perhaps more effective if you are experiencing hot flashes, but for me personally, I didn’t notice any difference while using it.

Increased my hot flashes

I received this to test and review from thisisbutterly for free. I was hoping that this product would be effective but it actually increased my hot flashes. Had to sleep with ice packs under me. Price range from $30-40. I wouldn’t recommend.

Weliva, une découverte

J'ai obtenu ce produit gratuitement et j'étais septique, mais mes nuits sont plus faciles, sans sueurs nocturnes depuis que j'ai débuté la prise. Grâce à de meilleures nuits, la fatigue est moins présente. Aussi, mon cycle menstruel s'est un peu stabilisé.

Hot Flash relief

This product greatly reduced the severity and frequency of my hot flashes. Since beginning this trial, I have had less than 5 hot flashes, whereas before, I would have 1 to 2 a day.
I didn't find it helped me with my sleep, which has become an issue since becoming Perimenopausal.

Feel like myself

I’ve been taking Weliva Cimidona for a couple of months now after receiving it as part of the Butterly Review panel and it’s quietly helped me feel more like myself again. Nothing dramatic, but I’ve noticed I’m a bit more even and not as thrown off by things or anxious. I like that it’s simple and plant-based, so it doesn’t feel like I’m adding something harsh.
