Love the packaging

I purchased this lip balm in the shade 956A Rule at Walmart. Although it's called a gel lip balm I don't really see/feel much of a difference from traditional lip balms, which isn't a bad thing. It has a slight "makeup" scent but nothing noticeable. It has your typical waxy type texture while on and doesn't have a taste. I love the cute packaging and that the balm has a flat top for easy application. The color is a slight purple glossy sheen so it's not very pigmented but I never expected it to be. I think it's a great lip balm that provides moisture and a little bit of color, can't wait to try all the colors.

PROS:
1) Cheap/Affordable , got for $1.93 from walmart
2) nicely tinted!
3) Cute packing/ handy

CONS
1) Don't expect very good moisturizing effect.

I would strongly recommend it if you do not wan't t spend too much on a tinted lip balm

These tinted balms have great pigmentation and decent hydration. I wouldn't say that it's moisturizing but it's comfortable enough on the lips. The shade selection is decent and they give you a nice wash of colour. The only thing that's a deal breaker for me is the smell. Each of these have a coconut kind of scent that I find overpowering and just really unpleasant. If smells don't bother you, then I'd give this a shot since it's so affordable.
