The Tampico Skin Brush is made of all natural bristles for dry brushing. It feels like it massages the skin (legs and buttocks) but is a bit rough on sensitive areas like the back although it has to be a bit rough to be effective at exfoliation. It has a long handle for comfort which can also be removed and used as a smaller piece. It's important that the brush is natural which was hard to find at a good price so I was happy when I found this.
