It works!

My kids have the same routine/schedule Monday-Friday but on Saturday as they have gotten older we let them stay up later. Its only an extra hour but that sometimes makes for an interesting Sunday as we try to get back on schedule. So I started using Zarbees for those difficult Sunday nights where they can’t go to sleep. We don’t use it often but it greatly helps when they are struggling to go to sleep. I have used it once myself and I felt very relaxed and was able to go to sleep quick.

I use the Zarbees Kids Melatonin 1mg liquid for my five year old at bedtime because he’s such a hyper active child and most nights it’s such a struggle getting him to get calmed down and relax and finally fall asleep I used to use the chewable tablets when he was younger but as he got older he knew I was giving him something so I didn’t want to lie and later him think it’s candy, so I found this in the liquid form and it comes with a dropper for measuring and I usually mix in his juice right before we get settled in. This helps so much and works great for our night routine because he easily calms down and drifts off to sleep not long after taking it. This can be taken alone without mixing in as well. He also usually grits his teeth at night and when he takes this I rarely notice any grinding
