at first glance, I was unsure about the bun...it looked a little to dry and grainy for me, but i quite enjoyed it after my first bite. their chicken is super delicious and juicy, and to mix it with bacon and a tiny bit of mayo...super yummy.

I get these at Costco, but sure you can find them elsewhere. Already cooked and shelled, makes for super fast lunches or snacks. At Costco, they come 6 x 12 packages, so you only need to use 6 at a time, and have a fairly decent shelf life.

This is a great choice for low caleries and a quick healthy lunch or dinner. Top with many different veggies. I prefer to have my turkey grilled and veggies raw but it's your choice! Top this up with Chipotle and you have a zesty pita!

Tim Hortons did an amazing job with the new pumpkin spice Ice Capps! The pumpkin flavour is definitely there but not overwhelming, it has a nice sweet but spiced taste and is very refreshing! If you love pumpkin and you love ice Capps from Tin Hortons, you gotta try this !!
