I was walking along the lakeshore with my baby and decided to have a bite to eat on their patio. When I asked for a table on the patio, the 2 snotty young girls at the front desk took a look at my stroller and stated that I could not have a table on the patio because the stroller would "block the narrow walkways for servers" (I had a compact stroller and the patio was 20 percent full at best). It was a beautiful day outside: I didn't want to sit inside, nor leave my stroller unattended nor did I want to have my sleeping baby on my lap for the duration of dinner. I wonder if they would discriminate against someone in a wheelchair by telling them they couldn't sit on the patio or navigate the area because of the narrow walkways? This establishment is definitely a place to skip!
