Great store with a huge variety of housewares, household, furniture, kitchen appliance, bathroom, and decorative items. They also have coupons every once in a while and even have a great website showcasing items they sell. Prices vary but generally reasonable.

I like this store for finding unique items and hard to find gadgets. The store is always well organized and great displays. I find the price of items a bit high.

i cant say i shop IN store as often as i shop online, but the online experience is always a breeze, they have a little bit of everything for the house, and even those odd/gag items. really neat items, i ve filled the house with a few items from bed bath and beyond and no complaints.

I like retailers that have a fairly well-organized web-site. Too many US based companies have useless Canadian versions of their web-sites. BBB also has good online support. Their selection is good, and they will often carry products not commonly available elsewhere. I do find them priced on the high side, so try to combine purchases with the 20% coupon. I recently ordered 2 expensive chairs online, and unfortunately they were defective. When I went to return them, I had a hard time getting all my money back. (I guess they had gone on sale in the two weeks since I ordered them). Luckily I had my receipt, otherwise I would have been shortchanged $200! At first, they weren't going to refund the $28 shipping charges, but I said the product was defective...so they gave it to me. But, I wouldn't order online again. Which is a shame, as there is no BBB in my town, and I have to travel aways to shop in person.

I bought a bed in a bag from Bed Bath and Beyond Canada. The quality is great and it is super comfortable. I also find that the products they keep in store are of great quality.

I came to Bed Bath & Beyond a couple of weeks ago to purchase a gift for my cousins bridal shower. The store had SO many products. It has a great selection and helpful staff.
