I've ordered from the beyond the rack multiple times now and I have to say I'm pretty impressed by the way they handle their business. The moment I had a problem (which had absolutely nothing to do with them, rather the shipping company I was dealing with in Montreal, not going to name names as I'm not here to bash any company) the customer service team was on it, and dealing with the problem in a very professional matter. Needless to say, I had gotten a full refund in days and a very sincere apology.
The clothing and boots/shoes that I've already ordered have fit perfectly, so the site is very true to size.
And even if you order from them and it doesn't fit, you have a full 365 days to return or exchange.
What I've yet to try, and am very looking forward to trying is the new pick up option. If I were asked before they had that option if there was one thing I would fix, it would have been that. It was terrible paying the cheap shipping because I knew that the warehouse was so close to me in Montreal (very fast shipping I might add!). But now that that is settled, I give this online shopping website my 10/10!

Have made multiple purchases from this online store over the past 2 years. I have found them to be a great spot to see and purchase products and brands that I would not normally be exposed to as I live in a rural area.
The prices are decent but original price seem somewhat inflated sometimes. If you are interested you really need to be aware that the product will not be shipped right away. Sometimes within 2 weeks but often up to a month after order to get your goods. This is because they do not even order the products until all the orders have been received -at the end of each 'event'. Check it out, it works well for me.
