This is a new- to me boutique cafe/bakery called La Boule Bakery. It’s just a step off Whyte ave in the heart of Old Strathcona. Featuring absolutely stunning masterpieces of quiches, croissants, eclairs and pastries, as well as their own blend of hot or iced coffees, and the like.

I had a very inspiring and memorable experience here. They are doing so many things above and beyond my expectations and their pride shows glowingly through and through. Stepping in there was like a refreshing trip out of Edmonton and into a five star genuine French café.
