I love the apps here. Makes for a nice quick lunch, always love going her with my girlfriends!

The roasted garlic caesar salad is to die for!

The service at the downtown location is a little pretentious, but is not a deal killer. They also have a bit of a difficulty, even when clearly stated, what an entree is. They always bring, even when an appetizer size is clearly states... an entree.

However, the food is quite tasty. It is not tasty enough to make up for the service, though.

There are currently two Milestone's in the Ottawa area (one downtown and one by Ikea). It is an Italian-inspired restaurant with signature dishes, as well as ones that are familiar to us, but with a bit of a twist. It's fun and feels higher-class than the usual restaurants. It's kind of a step or two up from Kelsey's. The atmosphere is trendy, but still friendly enough for a family environment.

My only gripe would be the price. Because of their more 'high end' dishes and twists on old favourites, the price is a little higher. It's fun to go to sure, but the price for me is a little much for casual dining.
