I bought 3 things from this website: a white pleated crop top, matching white pleated shorts and a western-style belt. Shipping was extremely fast but I was charged 28$ for duty fees. The website itself is good-- they carry a variety of styles, it's easy to use and they offer free shipping if you spend at least 70 USD. I didn't need to contact customer service so I can't comment on that. The clothes themselves are horrible-- at least the ones I received. Poor quality, loose threads everywhere, strange fit. Both the top and bottom are lined but it's still very see through. The lining of the shorts roll up so it barely covers anything and when of the shorts dip down at the middle. Looks nothing like what's on the website. For 55$ for the whole set, it was not worth it. I can't even return it because I don't want to pay for shipping costs back to Australia. The belt was the only redeeming quality. I bought it on sale For 20$. The belt felt good, nice structure to it. The buckle didn't feel like cheap plastic, there was actually some weight to it. I have heard many people on social media rave about this store and I wanted to try it out despite the high prices of their clothing. Unfortunately, it fell way below my expectations.
