Blow dry is not included!

I loved the service Joanne provided. However, they do not include a blow dry with this service. It's an additional $50! I find this unacceptable. How am I suppose to know if the colour is right if my hair isn't dried? They offer a hair dryer for you to do it yourself! When I am spending that kind of money I shouldn't have to dry my own hair. There is lots of competition in the area so for a new Salon to be nickel and dimeing it's new customers is not good business sense. Hire someone to shampoo, blow dry and answer phones. Most salons have an assistant for a reason. Especially on Saturday when it's really busy. OR have stylists pitch in and do it. Either way I was not pleased and couldn't believe when I was asked to refer clients to get $20 off future services. How about you keep your $20 and hire an assistant.
