I read the comment posted about this salon and it inspired me to register and provide a second opinion. This salon is currently undergoing a renovation, and the new location looks beautiful. The salon appears to have undergone a management change, or else a lot of staff changes. I had a wonderful experience getting a brazilian wax in december 2008. I would highly recommend the services of this salon.

This place is located in City Place and the people are ripoff artists!! They told me I had to pre-purchase 5 facials because they wouldn't help me unless I was "committed to skincare" I paid them $500 and then changed my mind and they refused to give me a PENNY back. They totally ripped me off by telling me that they would help my skin look perfect,etc. So since they didn't give my money back I decided to try the first facial. The lady was so mean and rough and had a terrible accent I could hardly understand her. It was so painful, I told her to stop and she said in a gruff way "Beauty is pain!" It was awful. I NEVER went back and I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau.
