Not all pieces are the best quality but there are some gems

Very nice and clean store - the quality of some items aren't as nice as others, especially considering the price points. But there are definitely some very nice pieces - I bought a beautiful wool coat !

Great place for outdoor apparel

The staff at Soia and Kyo at the Square One location were friendly and knowledgeable. They were ready to answer any questions, help with finding sizing, and provide information on any of the products. I had a pleasant experience!

My Soia & Kyo Shopping experience

The store at Square One was in perfect condition, very organized, clean and stylish. The store was not over crowed and the layout was great you could clearly see all the products and touch and feel the items. I really liked how grand the store was, it really makes for a great experience. The staff was very friendly, they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and gave me information about the brand and the items in the store. They were very helpful in getting me the item I was looking for. They also were very speedy in checking me out. The whole visit from start to finish was very positive and I would defiantly recommend this to friends and family.

Store was very clean and very nicely merchandised

When i first entered the store, i didn't know what to expect since it was my first time there. As soon as I entered, i noticed that the store was very well lit and very clean. There was lots of room to walk and navigate around the store and between the tables. The store manager was super nice and friendly and gave me advice since I was stuck on which scarf to buy. When she found out I had a voucher from Chickadvisor, her attitude did not change at all which I appreciated because I was getting my scar for free. I highly recommend this store for winter jackets since it's made in Canada and is also very fashionable.
