Went in with long untreated, healthy hair, my hair is now a hot mess with orange streaks that I can barely get a comb through. Paid $235 for the disservice. I went in previously for a polish change to a favourite OPI colour. It was applied sloppily, thick, uneven, and my nails were not filed at all. Plus it cost 3 times what I normally pay in Toronto for a french manicure. I'm beginning to think there are absolutely no good salons in Ottawa. I am royally pissed off and on the verge of tears.
