I find that Value Village is really hit or miss. There have been times when I find a ton of things at a reasonable price, and then there are times when I go and everything seems to be broken, stained or extremely expensive.
I keep going in hopes of finding those bargains though!!

I find this store smells every time I go into one. The clothes are getting so expensive too. It is good for books and movies but the rest is junk and too pricey.

I adore thrift shopping. I live in Alberta so I have several stores I visit often. It's where I go when I want to mindlessly wander and chill out. You can really find some awesome bargains if you look hard enough and are patient. I often find clothes or footwear brand new with tags. It's a great place to find little treasures too. Collectables or just something funky. I usually buy books there too. I always donate my gently used items when I get the urge to purge.
