I used to get sick all the time because with my busy schedule I'm not always able to eat right. I started taking iron pills and one-a-day women's vitamins and within a month I noticed a dramatic increase in my energy and I wasn't getting sick when everyone else was. I've been taking one-a-day women's vitamins for about a year now and I no longer have to take my iron pills! I feel way healthier and have way more energy! Recommend them? Um... YES!!!!
