Gene Juarez Salon - Seattle

I realize this may have been a one time occurance but I was sorely dissapointed in my recent pedicure with Gene Juarez. I love to get pedicures and decided to go here with a friend for the royal treatment. Not only did they forget about me in the waiting area, then they tried to rush me thru the process since they would be behind. I was never offered a robe, something to drink, no good foot rub, I got the bare minimum and left feeling just as tense as when I arrived if not worse. I would prefer to pay the $25 at a nail salon and get the good massage chairs (which are lacking at Gene Juarez) and have the whole foot and leg massage with it. Leaving with pretty toes is one thing, but leaving relaxed makes you want to come back for more.
