Glen Allen Cleaners - Sherwood Park

I have been a customer for several years now, I find the staff pleasant, the quality of work has always been, I have tried other cleaners in Sherood Park and received poor quality and high prices

Sherwood Park, AB) the service is terrible. I was charged $50 for my little girls bridal dress to get dry cleaned and it took 5 weeks! for the dress to come back to me. I had to call to ask if the dress was even back! Once I picked it up, I was shocked! that there was a big brown stain on the front of the dress. They would not even discount it, all I got was a little tag that said : "we are sorry but......" and then went into some lame excuse why the stain could not come out. I called the manager and all she could say was "I am sorry but my chemicals mean something" ??????? I got the stain out myself (after calling the trusted ATCO Blueflame kitchen) I guess MASTER chemicals don't mean anything!!!! They are very rude at Glen Allen Cleaners and the manger at Master Cleaners is also down right rude! (Glen Allen Cleaners send all of their dry cleaning to Master Cleaners to get cleaned)
