Excellent soya sauce. The flavour is rich and deep- adds a wonderful umami to any dish. Fantastic in marinades. I find it suits Japanese recipes better than Chinese. Less salty than most soya sauces, and the colour is very dark and rich. An organic product that is not terribly overpriced.
